You have 3 days to return any unused product in its original package to get your refund. Keep a receipt for your purchase so that you can return your purchases.
What you will need:
Calling customer service number (0553422299) to report your desire to return the order. The method of retrieving purchase value will be explained and any special fees related to the value of shipping and delivery will be clarified.
Your payment receipt and unused products in its original unopened packaging are required for all returns. We refund the same way as the original payment method (for example: purchases made with credit cards will be refunded to the same credit card account that was used for the payment) .
Purchases that cannot be returned:
- Bed linen used (such as bed sheets, duvets, pillows, and pillowcases).
- Stuffed and upholstered products without the original tag.
- Fabrics or products sold per meter.
- Tablecloths and napkins made of fabric
- Products that have been modified, changed, washed or removed from the product sheet
- Products that were used or caused you harm and become different from what you received them.
- Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment from you that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
- The return period is calculated from the date of receipt of the shipment and the purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment and the bill of the shipping company must be brought.
- The refund period takes a maximum of 20 days.
